Can't remove BBB tokens from my Bitgreen Wallet that is on Chrome extension

Hey there- I have my Bitgreen wallet on Chrome extension. I can login and see my account and the tokens I have. The problem is I can't send a transaction to send some tokens to another wallet. Can you please advise why this is happeneing. Do I need to have some Ethereum in the wallet to make this transaction?

I downloaded the Chrome wallet extension, but I don't see the wallet address to receive my BitGreen coins so that I can send that address to Republic

Recover Bitgreen Wallet Password

I somehow forgot to secure my Bitgreen Wallet password. Can I recover it or
create a new password. I have my 12 word backup recovery phrase.

misplaced Bitgreen wallet password

Somehow I did not make note of the password for the wallet, but I do have the 12 word
secondary password. Is there a way to change password.

bitgreen wallet

I downloaded the chrome extension for the Bitgreen wallet and pinned it to the tool bar but when I click on the Bitgreen wallet icon. The page it brings up asks if I want to download a new wallet or import a wallet. Where is my wallet hiding?

I click on the bitgreen wallet icon and all I get is a video how to set up

I don't see any where I can proceed to set up. I tried to link to my Republic account which is asking for a five digit number where I do not see anywhere in the link or elsewhere. Please help.

new Wallet

Your system needs to tell users when we use a character not allowed during the setup process. It took me 3 tries before I figured out what was wrong.
Anyway, now that I went through everything, I won't let me log onto my account. All that convolution for nothing.
