Unable to upgrade or add my email - 01.22.25

I am unable to upgrade to Pro version. I have tried several browsers, as well as selecting both PayPal and Venmo as payment methods.

No matter which configuration, I end up with an eternally spinning "padlock" circle after clicking a payment method.

Additionally, if I attempt to add my email through the "account" screen, I get the following error message:
"No internet connection. Try again later"

This error is generated after clicking the "Continue" button in the "Link Email" screen.

In short, I HAVE NO WAY TO GIVE YOU MONEY!

I would think this would be undesired behavior, from... you know... a "business" standpoint.

Any ideas?

Is there a limit to the size of my library?

When I click on import files, it stops at 616. Otherwise seems like an ideal music player for my Chromebook. Regards, David.
