Pictacast vs Pictacast trial on my W10 pc

I purchased the former a couple years ago and it has been working fine on this W10 pc , but suddenly today it won't work (chrome says this extension has been disabled, but i can not enable it). However, I accidentally loaded the trial version, it works fine. very odd.

Installing full version on a new computer

I've purchased a new computer and have to install the full version of Pictacast on it. How do I do that?

Purchased app does not work

I purchased this app to cast pictures from my MacBook Pro to my Chromcast device. After spending hours on this, I am unable to make this work. Must be a Mac to Google problem. I would like a refund of the $2.99 please. Transaction ID#10370910874874185126.c37ccc7f417047e69a372c0c57f75801

endless error message no matter how many reloads. Windows 7

Says "Trial" now but I remember paying for this extension last year!

127.0.0.1 refused to connect.

I am using windows 10 and the latest version of Chrome. Pictacast use to work but now I get "This site can’t be reached
127.0.0.1 refused to connect."
I disable the McAfee and still could not get it to work.

Tried with the full version too, but get constantly "An error occurred while connecting to your Chromecast device. Please reload this page to try again."

1) If I disconnect chromecast, pictacast cant fint it [x]
2) Can cast just fine from i.e Youtube.

Trail v1.1.77, full v1.1.78

Nao consigo comprar/Can't buy full version

Não sei porque, mas não consigo comprar a versão completa.
Don't know why, but can't buy the full version. My data is correct at Google store.
