Ekşi Başlık Engelleme Aracı, Ekşi Sözlük kullanıcılarına kişiselleştirilmiş deneyim sunan bir tarayıcı eklentisidir. Bu uzantı sayesinde kullanıcılar, istenmeyen başlıkları kelime bazında filtreleyerek ana sayfalarında görünmesini engelleyebilirler. Sağ üstteki Ayarlar panelinden kolayca engelli kelime listesi yönetilebilir ve istenen kelimeler ya da kelime öbekleri virgülle ayrılarak eklenebilir. Ayrıca, kullanıcılar sayfadaki kelimeleri önce seçip sonra sağ tıklayarak da hızlı bir şekilde engelli kelime listesine ekleyebilirler. Bu özellik sayesinde kullanıcılar, daha hızlı ve pratik bir şekilde engelli kelime listelerini genişletebilir ve sadece ilgilendikleri konulara odaklanabilirler. Dikkat! Engelli kelime listesine eklediğiniz kelimeleri içeren diğer keliemler de engellenir. Örneğin "an" engelli listesine eklenirse ''içinde "ana" geçen başlıklar da ana sayfanızda görüntülenmez. Eklentinin IP adresiniz ve şifreniz gibi özel bilgilerinize erişimi yoktur ve yalnızca ekşisozluk alan adlarında çalışır.
