Salesloft Connect

IT Forces your Full Screen to close. Not Helpful at all. Would be alot more Use ful and Better if it was a popup screen, on the Webpage.

Extremely glitchy

This was a downgrade from the previous extension. My primary use for the extension was being able to make calls to contact without having to leave Salesforce, which was easy on the previous extension as it would just open a small window at the bottom of the screen within chrome to access the dialer. Now, the dialer appears as a separate pop-up which minimizes your chrome window and is much less seamless. Please revert the dialer to the way it functioned on the previous plug-in.

I'm not impressed by this extension. The main feature I like about Sales Engagement tool extensions is the ability to see who opens/clicks my emails and unfortunately, this feature is so unstable with Salesloft that its beyond frustrating. When it stops working, the workaround I usually apply is to remove and re-install the extension, but even with that it barely works for a few hours then again stops working. Terrible developement. The new salesloft dialer update it has been really inefficient logging calls because it makes you scroll down every time. I would love to hop on a call if needed because it is really detrimental to my day to process. I have tried to zoom in and zoom out on the salesloft dialer window but it doesn’t make a difference. Wish I could give 0 stars. This completely disrupts the workflow and doesnt allow me to work out of Salesforce.

With the new extension, anytime I try to call out of Salesforce, it moves/resizes my chrome window as it opens the new extension. Please change this

Extremely glitchy and integrates weird with Salesforce. It bugs out on me daily and disrupts my workflow badly. Many of my other teammates seem to have issues with this new extension as well. I preferred the legacy platform much more than this :/

Forcing users to switch to a new version without taking into account all the legacy of the previous one is extremely ‘surprising’, to keep it professional. Our teams were used to using tasks in the previous version add-on: they don't exist in the new version, and there's no ETA concerning this topic. The only response from our CSM was ‘this feature will not be released before July’ 🙃

No idea why I am force to use this tool. It is not so bad for mass mailing, but besides that there is no help for me with other tasks. Inbound calls are not possible to get, integration with Salesforce is weird. Not recommended at all.
