URL Cleaner — Strip Tracking Links
Overview
Strips tracking junk (utm_, fbclid, gclid) from links before you share them. No account, no data collection.
Stop sharing links full of invisible tracking junk. Every time you copy a link from Amazon, click through from a search result, or grab something from an email newsletter, it's usually loaded with tracking parameters you never asked for — utm_source, fbclid, gclid, and dozens of others. They don't do anything for you or the person you're sharing with. They just track where you came from. URL Cleaner strips all of that out in one click. HOW IT WORKS Right-click any link on a page and choose "Copy cleaned link" — the tracking-free version goes straight to your clipboard. Right-click anywhere on a page and choose "Copy cleaned page URL" to do the same for the page you're currently on. Or click the toolbar icon to see the current page's URL, the cleaned version, and exactly which tracking parameters were removed. BUILT TO BE AS LIGHT AS POSSIBLE No account, no sign-up, no data collection of any kind. No content script running on every page you visit — the extension only ever touches URL strings, never page content. Nothing is transmitted anywhere. Everything happens locally on your device. WHAT GETS REMOVED It strips the common tracking parameters that ad networks and social platforms tack onto links to track clicks and campaigns, while leaving any parameters your link actually needs untouched. Free to use. No account required. Nothing ever leaves your browser.
