EIU Assistance

Helps EIU students view AAO schedules, check course conflicts, track Moodle assignments, and use local study tools.

EIU Assistance is a student-developed browser extension designed to help students at Eastern International University (EIU) manage academic activities more conveniently across the AAO and Moodle platforms. The extension adds an integrated side panel to supported EIU websites, giving students quick access to schedules, academic progress, GPA planning, Moodle assignments, quiz practice, academic resources, and other study-support tools. KEY FEATURES Class Schedule and Course Planning • View courses in a clear weekly calendar. • Detect timetable conflicts when planning course registration. • Organize selected class groups more conveniently. • Receive course suggestions for available time slots. • Export schedules as ICS calendar files or PNG images. • Access examination and course-registration schedules. Academic Progress Tracking • Track completed, ongoing, and remaining courses. • View accumulated credits and overall program completion. • Review progress based on the selected academic curriculum. • Identify the courses and credits still required for graduation. GPA Planning • Review academic performance in a clearer format. • Simulate expected grades for current courses. • Estimate how future grades may affect cumulative GPA. • Plan academic targets for upcoming semesters and scholarship requirements. Moodle Assignment and Deadline Management • View Moodle assignments in a centralized interface. • Track upcoming deadlines with visual countdowns. • Identify submitted, graded, and pending assignments. • Access course assignments directly from the EIU Assistance side panel. Quiz Practice • Revisit supported Moodle quiz review pages. • Practice previous quiz questions in an interactive format. • Receive immediate correct or incorrect feedback. • Practice without changing official Moodle quiz attempts or academic records. Academic Finder • Search for academic papers and books from supported research sources. • Preview and open available academic resources. • Save useful search results for later reference. • Download documents when they are legally available from the original source. Additional Study Tools • Access examination and course-registration information from both AAO and Moodle. • Use light or dark interface modes. • Keep commonly used academic tools in one collapsible side panel. • Reduce repetitive steps when accessing academic information. Changes to these platforms may temporarily affect certain extension features. EIU Assistance provides academic support and information-management tools only. It does not modify official grades, assignment submissions, course-registration results, or other official academic records.
