Sapito is Virtual Latinos' internal bug reporting tool. It is intended for Virtual Latinos staff and requires a virtuallatinos.com Google account to sign in. WHAT IT DOES When something breaks on a Virtual Latinos platform, click the Sapito icon and file a report in about thirty seconds. Sapito attaches the technical evidence automatically, so you never have to reproduce the problem or describe it twice: A screenshot of what you are looking at, which you can draw on to point out the problem Or a screen recording, up to 7 minutes, for bugs that only appear after a sequence of steps The browser console errors from the page The network activity log, including failed requests The page address, your browser and screen details, and who is reporting WHY INSTALL IT Without it, a bug report is a message in a chat thread: a description, maybe a screenshot, and a developer who has to reproduce the problem before they can begin fixing it. Most of the time spent on a bug goes there, not into the fix. Sapito removes that step. The report arrives with the evidence already attached, tagged to the right platform and to the person who filed it, and lands in one queue where the team triages it. You report what you saw and get on with your day. HOW IT WORKS Sapito recognises which Virtual Latinos platform you are on from the page address and files the report to the right project automatically. Capture runs only on Virtual Latinos' own registered platforms — on any other site the extension does nothing. Screenshots and recordings are taken only when you press the button that takes one. Screen recording additionally requires Chrome's own screen-sharing prompt each time. Your identity comes from your Google sign-in and is attached by our server, so every report is attributable and none are anonymous. Requires desktop Chrome 111 or later.
