FlowBreak is a Pomodoro focus timer that actually makes you rest. Most Pomodoro apps show a notification you can easily ignore. FlowBreak takes a different approach — when your work session ends, a full-screen overlay appears on every open tab, and new tabs are blocked until the break is over. You can skip a break if something is truly urgent, and that time still counts toward your rest statistics.
