Default’s Chrome Extension brings your entire scheduling and routing engine into a single-click interface. Open an email thread in Gmail or a record in Salesforce or HubSpot, and the Default side panel picks up that person. Pick a routing workflow. Default runs the lead through your rules and opens a booking page with the calendar of the rep it routed to, so your sales development reps (SDRs) never have to work out which account executive (AE) should take the meeting. USE CASES • Look up the lead's CRM record, title and LinkedIn profile • Fill in missing data with an enrichment waterfall • Book on the routed rep's calendar with a prefilled form • Copy a routed booking link to send to the lead • Reassign, reschedule, cancel or mark no-shows on booked meetings HANDOFF For the SDR to AE handoff, revenue operations sets up routing once in Default, for example account owner first, then round robin across the AE queue. Every rep using the extension goes through those rules, which keeps owned accounts with their owners.
