GA4 Inspector

Inspect and debug GA4 events in real time. See parameters, duplicates, and click coverage without touching page code.

- Event capture: with “Capture at source (dataLayer)” (default on), every dataLayer push and gtag event is captured and replayed on Start; optional “GA4 only” filter hides GTM internals. With it off, capture is from GA4 `collect` requests only (strict allow-list: `www.google-analytics.com` collect endpoints). - Freemium: Free tier (event list, expandable inspector, 200 events/session); Pro (export, duplicate analysis, click coverage, unlimited events). - Side panel UI: persistent panel. Start/Stop capture, Clear, Export CSV, Copy CSV, Export PDF (Pro), Events tab, Click coverage (Pro), Debug tab. Onboarding and What’s new. - Expandable event inspector: Event name, Measurement ID, Client ID, Session ID, Page URL; Standard vs Custom parameters (tabs); Raw JSON; Copy JSON; Diff vs previous event; Diagnostics/warnings. - Diagnostics: Warnings for purchase (missing value/currency/items), >25 params, param name length, invalid naming, possible PII, duplicate within 500ms. - Click coverage: Content script records clicks; background correlates clicks with GA4 events within 500ms. Timeline shows “Not tracked” or “→ event_name”.
