Autumn Note QA checks your Rethink session note before you sign it. Click "Review this note" and it checks the note against Autumn's documentation standards — required fields, diagnosis code, place of service, enough goals for the hours billed, and whether the behaviors and barriers you checked are actually explained in your narrative. You get a score and a short list of what to fix, grouped by section of the note. If you're not sure how to fix something, click "Help me fix this" and it will ask what happened and help you word it. It never edits your note, never signs or submits anything, and never writes clinical content for you. You decide what goes in the record. For Autumn ABA Care staff only.
