Overview
Copy web pages as clean Markdown, plain text, or CSV for AI and docs. One click, privacy-first, and processed on-device.
Copylot turns messy web content into clean, paste-ready text for AI and documents. Use the popup or your chosen click or hover shortcut to copy a selection first, or clean up the current page when nothing is selected. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Copy article content as Markdown or plain text. • Convert web tables to Markdown or CSV. • Keep code indentation and blank lines while removing recognizable line-number and Copy-label noise. • Hold Shift in Append Mode to collect multiple clips with separators. • Save prompt templates and assign three quick slots to combine an instruction with copied content. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Extraction, cleanup, and formatting run on your device. • Copylot does not collect, store, or upload the content you copy. • Optional anonymous usage data is off by default. If enabled, it records only local events and never sends copied content. • Permissions are limited to storage, clipboardWrite, and contextMenus. START IN THREE STEPS 1. Install and pin Copylot. 2. Open an article, table, or code block. 3. Copy, then paste into your AI tool, notes, spreadsheet, or document.
