difficulty in getting to grips with barnum.

i'm sure that barnumpt is great. but it is very difficult to navigate around. i think i have paid for everything but i haven't accessed anything. what you need is for someone to lead and say" this is how we get the swipe files" or "this is how we convert classic to 2.0"- step by step. you do these things instinctively . we need to perform certain tasks in order to get the best out of the system.
