Overview

Replaces YouTube's feed with one focused video at a time. Watch in series, commit with strict mode, skip the noise.

YouTube's homepage is built to keep you scrolling. Series replaces that endless grid with one video at a time, so you actually watch instead of browse. Instead of 100 thumbnails competing for your attention, you get a single card. Watch it, or pass to the next one. That's it. As you watch, Series quietly learns what's worth your time and reshapes what it shows you. What it does: • One card at a time — Your YouTube home becomes a clean deck with a single video card. Tap "Watch this" to play it, or "Not for me" to see the next one. • Series and long-form first — Playlists, multi-part series (Part 3, Episode 5, Lecture 2), and longer videos are pushed to the top, so you flow through content that's actually worth finishing. • Learns from what you watch — Finish a video and Series favors that channel more. Skip it and that channel shows up less. Channels you keep skipping drop out entirely. • No noise — Shorts and the "Up next" autoplay sidebar are hidden. Playlists stay so you can keep watching a series. • Auto-next — When a playlist video ends, the next one plays automatically. • Strict Mode (optional) — Commit to a video and you can't bail out inside YouTube. Back button, refresh, retyping the URL, opening the homepage — all send you right back to your video where you left off. Set a minimum watch time (default: 10 minutes or 80% of the video, whichever is shorter). There's a "Give up" escape, but it resets your streak. Off by default. • Blank Canvas (optional) — Hides everything except the video and the search bar. No sidebar, no comments, no related videos. Just you and the one thing in front of you. Off by default. • Track your progress — See your watch streak, total videos finished, and total time watched from the toolbar popup. Your data stays yours. Everything is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
