I hear you — by your side in the browser

Quick access to your I hear you conversation and safe sharing of selected page context only when you choose to send it.

I hear you is not a separate browser chat. It is a compact companion to your account in the I hear you psychological support ecosystem. The extension lives in the Chrome Side Panel so you can stay with what you are doing while keeping your support tools nearby: • continue the current conversation or start a new one; • quickly save a thought to the Diary; • log your current state; • keep your current focus visible; • run a short practice from the shared I hear you practice catalog; • select a fragment on the current page and choose to discuss it, save it, or relate it to yourself. Privacy is part of the interaction model. The extension does not read pages in the background and does not collect browser history. Current-tab access is used only after an explicit user action. When page context is added, only the selected text, page title, and URL are used. Nothing is sent automatically. Psychological data remains in the main I hear you account; the extension does not create a separate persistent store for that data. An I hear you account is required.
