Wheel of Life
Overview
Use Wheel of Life assessment for a guided check-in. Explore your life wheel, reflect, and choose small next steps.
🧭 Wheel of Life is a guided personal check-in for seeing what matters now and choosing a small next step. Use a wheel of life assessment to rate your satisfaction, see the overall picture, and reflect on your priorities. You do not need to make every score equal or focus only on the lowest rating. 📌 Choose a template for this check-in 1. Life Balance 2. Focus & Productivity 3. Energy & Recovery 4. Career & Work Each template has eight preset areas. Preview them before you begin. Start with a broad overview or explore a specific angle with the other templates. Choose the template that fits your check-in today. ➤ Take the wheel of life assessment one area at a time • Rate your satisfaction right now from 1 to 10. • Add optional context about what influenced your rating. • Skip an area or return to previous areas. The wheel of life categories are preset within each template. This life balance assessment captures your own perspective, not a diagnosis or a score you must improve. 🌱 Read the whole picture The exercise continues with a visual result and your ratings. Notice strengths, tensions, and anything unexpected. The life wheel can help you pause before deciding what deserves attention. A useful chart does not need to look round: different areas can matter differently at different times. 🎯 Choose your focus 1️⃣ Select up to two Focus areas. 2️⃣ Write a small next step for each selected area. 3️⃣ Optionally reflect on what stands out and what you would like to change. Move from noticing to a manageable action. Keep the process focused on reflection rather than managing a list of tasks. 💾 Save results and return later - Save a completed check-in in the extension. - Open a saved result to review it. - Delete results you no longer need. - Compare compatible saved check-ins. Each saved check-in gives you a record to revisit. Compare works with the same template and exactly matching areas, so a career check-in is not compared with a different life balance wheel. 📊 Notice changes without judging them Compare ratings from compatible saved results. A higher or lower score is a prompt to explore what changed, not proof of success or failure. Repeat the assessment when another review feels useful. Your context can help explain a shift that the chart alone cannot. 📤 Keep a copy outside the extension ▸ Export your result as a PNG image. ▸ Use Print / Save as PDF through your browser's print dialog. ▸ Keep a copy in your notes or share it through a channel you choose. Your ratings form a visual result. The printable result includes ratings, context, Focus areas, next steps, and reflection. Review what you export before sharing personal reflections. 🌿 Make room for a personal review Try the wheel of life exercise during a monthly review, after a change at work, or when your attention feels scattered. This check-in supports self-improvement and productivity reflection without requiring an ideal balance. A life assessment test here means a subjective check-in, not a clinical or standardized test. 🤝 Bring perspective to a coaching conversation Use the wheel of life coaching tool as a shared discussion prompt. A client can complete a personal check-in and choose to share an export. A coach can ask what stands out and which next step feels realistic. The extension does not include a coach dashboard, shared records, or client management. ❓ How to use the wheel of life with different priorities? Choose a template, complete your ratings, review the result, and select your focus. For example, use Career & Work when you want to reflect specifically on work. You cannot rename, add, remove, or reorder the preset areas in this guided flow. ❓ Can I use Wheel of Life online without an account? No account is required to use the extension. Complete the check-in in your browser and save results for later review. Use the saved view for another look at your ratings, context, reflection, and next steps. This is a personal review, not a shared client workspace. ❓ Is this a planner or a formal test? No. This is a guided reflection process. It helps you review your ratings, choose where to focus, and record small next steps. It does not diagnose conditions, provide therapy, or manage tasks.
