WHAT YOU CAN DO - Export main comments and visible first-level replies where supported. - Stop an extraction and keep the records already collected. - Save completed and partial results in the extension's local history. - Reopen the original page or download saved results again. - Use the interface in English or Simplified Chinese. HOW TO USE IT 1. Open a supported post, video, product or review page. 2. Open FeedbackMosaic and choose 1–100 records. 3. Include replies if the current source supports them, then start the extraction. 4. Download the results as Excel, CSV or JSON. FREE, WITH A CLEAR LIMIT Each manual task is free and collects up to 100 records in total. Selected replies count toward that limit. You choose the page and start each task yourself. Available results depend on what the page allows the extension to load; 100 records are not guaranteed. YOUR DATA Collected content, source details and extraction history are processed and stored locally by default. FeedbackMosaic does not ask you to upload login cookies or account credentials. You may occasionally see an optional question about your task. If you submit an answer, FeedbackMosaic sends the selected option, a usage milestone, the current platform, extension version, interface language, a random event ID and submission time over HTTPS. This submission does not include page URLs, collected text, author details, export files, cookies, passwords, account details or an installation ID. You can skip the question without losing any extraction features. PLEASE NOTE Sign-in requirements, regional restrictions, verification checks, page changes, deleted comments and hidden replies can limit the results.
