Does Gistra's GST portal work in your browser: you log in and type the OTPs; it downloads, uploads and files for the app on this PC.

Gistra's companion extension runs GST portal work in your own Chrome or Edge, for the Gistra desktop app on the same PC. The extension fills in the portal login saved for each client in the Gistra app on your PC; you type the captcha and OTPs yourself. It then does what the app asks in that tab:downloads GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B and IMS returns (JSON, Excel and PDF), uploads a prepared GSTR-1, and walks you through filing with EVC. Files the portal generates later are picked up when they are ready. • Works only on gst.gov.in, and only with the Gistra app on your own PC. • The app must be approved once in the extension's popup before it can start any job. • • Portal logins are saved only in the Gistra app on your PC, encrypted under your master password. For each job the app passes the login to the extension, which types it into the GST portal's login form and keeps no copy. • Nothing is sent to Gistra or any other server: files go straight to the app on your PC.
