Browser extension to improve the EG Console developer experience

EG Console Connect aims to improve the EG Console sub-app development experience. This extension aims to reduce cognitive load of multiple context-switching and abstract away platform complexity for the developer so that they can focus on developing the app efficiently. Current features includes: - Tokens management (opaque token, principal JWT & decoding it) - Local Sub-app development - Communicating with all downstream services in one place - Feature flags management (prod access) - Debugging context menu (debug page & splunk dashboard)
