Independent offline-first eForms companion. Not affiliated with the University of Manchester.

eForms is an independent, offline-first companion for students who already have access to the Manchester eForms service. Sign in through the official service pages, download your assigned forms and continue working when your internet connection is unavailable. Drafts are saved locally and synchronised when you refresh online. Offline submissions remain safely queued in Outbox until they can be sent. Features: - Search, categorise and pin frequently used forms - Separate Forms, Drafts, Outbox and Sent views - Encrypted offline drafts and sent-form copies - Safe offline submission queue - Attendance session status and hourly low-impact refresh - View the service dashboard and previously submitted forms - Full logout that removes this extension's local data and service cookies from the Chrome profile without deleting online records Security and privacy: - Passwords are entered only on the official sign-in pages and are never requested or stored by the extension - Network access is restricted to https://www.onemedforms.manchester.ac.uk - Offline records are encrypted with AES-256-GCM - No advertising, analytics, remote code or crash reporting eForms is independently developed. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, sponsored by or published by the University of Manchester. Use requires an existing account and access to the relevant eForms service.
