Eflatun puts a toolkit in Chrome's side panel — next to the page, not on top of it. WHAT IT DOES • Ads and privacy — blocks ad and tracker requests, then shows you exactly which third parties the page contacted and how heavy each one was. • Page report — one button gives the page a grade across privacy, speed, security headers, accessibility and integrity. • Capture — visible area, full page, selected region, PDF, or a single-file HTML archive with images embedded. • Inspect and measure — element inspector, font inspector, ruler, column grid, magnifier, colour picker and palette extractor. • Read and write — reading mode with read-aloud, page-bound notes, read-later list, translation, clipboard history, text snippets. • Watch — page-change alerts, price watching, timers and market alerts. • Developer tools — network requests, performance vitals, JSON/JWT, hashes, regex, mock data, tech stack detection. • Hidden instruction scanner — finds text hidden on a page that is invisible to you but readable by an AI assistant. WHY A SINGLE PANEL Fifteen separate extensions mean fifteen background pages, fifteen updates and fifteen sets of permissions. Eflatun keeps a small always-on footprint (about 11 KB per page) and injects analysis scripts only when you open the module that needs them. PRIVACY No account, no analytics, no server. What the extension reads stays on your device. Five modules talk to outside services only while you use them — the panel names each server and what is sent, and the full list is in Settings → Outside connections.
