Collections Plus is an open, local-first replacement for Microsoft Edge Collections. Save web pages, images and notes into collections you organize your way. There's no account, no server and no tracking: your data stays in your browser. New in 2.11: know when a saved page changes. Click 👁 on any saved page to watch it. When its content changes, a red dot appears on the page and on its collection, and the toolbar icon shows how many pages changed. Choose how often to check, from every hour to once a day. Pages you're signed in to, like social feeds, are checked from their open tab. SAVE ANYTHING • Save the current page with one click or Ctrl+Shift+S, complete with its picture and title. • Right-click a page, link, image or selected text to save it. Saved text keeps a link back to where it came from, plus room for your own note. • Add all your open tabs at once, or drag a link or image onto the panel. • Auto-file rules send new saves to the right collection for you. ORGANIZE • Folders, nested collections, tags, pins and custom covers keep a big library tidy. • Tick items off to use a collection as a checklist, and add your own fields, such as a price or quantity. • Sort by newest, oldest or name, or drag things into your own order. A compact view fits more on screen. • Archive collections you're done with, and restore anything from the Trash for 30 days. • Fill in missing pictures for pages saved without one. FIND IT AGAIN • Search everything you've saved, including notes and tags, or filter within one collection. • A reading list: new pages start unread and wait for you in one place. • Press Ctrl+K to jump to any collection or run any command. • Type "col" and a few words in the address bar to open a saved page without opening the panel. KEEP UP WITH YOUR PAGES • Watch pages for changes and see at a glance which ones have updated. • Find saved pages that no longer load, on demand or automatically in the background. • Save a readable copy of a page so its words survive if the site disappears. SHARE AND BACK UP • Share a collection as a tidy web page you can send to anyone. • Export a collection as a spreadsheet, or copy all its links in one click. • Keep a full backup file, and roll back mistakes with version history. OPTIONAL AI, WITH YOUR OWN KEY • Connect the AI service you already use, or a model running on your own computer, to search by meaning, chat about a collection, summarize a page, suggest tags, tidy up a collection or get a weekly digest. • Your key stays on your computer. It's never synced, exported or seen by the developer. MOVE IN AND SYNC • Bring in your old Edge collections, even if you never exported them, or turn your browser bookmarks into collections. • Sync between computers through a file in a cloud folder you already use, with edits from each device merged. • Take your collections with you: the free mobile app at getcollectionsplus.com/app installs from your phone's browser and keeps in sync. PRIVACY Everything is stored in your browser. Sync, image caching, link checking, page watching and AI are all off until you turn them on, and nothing is ever sent to the developer. When you use AI, the collection you're working with goes straight from your browser to the service you chose, or nowhere at all with a local model.
