While it does (mostly) prevent pages from tracking whether or not the tab is focused, it also prevents multi-textbox UI's from working. If you're inputting a form (like a matrix) with multiple textboxes, this extension causes all text boxes to be filled in at once. If you're using the find tool (ctrl + f) that is part of a webpage (not the chrome built-in one) then it will not allow you to use it until the extension is disabled. You have to whitelist particular web where you want to use this extension since it breaks YouTube and Google Maps when turned on globally.
