edX was founded by Harvard and MIT, it provides some free courses for no verified certificate.
edx has many courses from Harvard and MIT, they support downloading mp4 and subtitles. If you don't ask verified certificate, it is free. The plugin supports double subtitles for this course. You need down the mp4 and subtitle then upload them. Subtitle Mode: Support off, Single, and Dual Second Language: supports 12 languages showing dual subtitles, they support Arabic, Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Turkmen.
