It does not actually seem to work on all web pages, only a select few. I was not even for sure that it was working.

It works! yet in some sites developed with new web frameworks it doesn't, it is useful for the rest!

It doesn't do the trick for everything. The Google logo's still opaque and so it just leaves the background for those white. Also, Wikipedia's Vector skin is still white (though if you switch to the MonoBook skin, you will see the effect). So it's not the greatest app. I bet someone can do better.
