Purchase full licensed before this extension and was told buy support i would have to pay another $1500 just to access this extension i hope it was a mistake because thats not cool.

I have AMZ scout full membership purchased back in september for the year before this extension was available and now yall are only offering me a trial and making me purchase a whole new plan to add the extension. Thats not right.
