Overview

Helps your organization see and govern the AI sites it uses. Installed and configured by your IT provider.

StackJack AI Governance helps IT providers and the organizations they support see and govern how staff use AI at work. Your organization's IT provider installs and configures this extension. It does nothing on its own: until your IT provider's managed browser policy gives it your organization's StackJack address and key, it stays inactive. What it does: - Finds the AI websites your organization uses and reports each visit to your organization's StackJack account, so your IT provider can see which AI tools are in use. - On the plans your IT provider chose, applies your organization's AI policy: it can warn before you use an AI site that is not approved, block it, or blank out sensitive data such as passwords, keys or personal data before a prompt is sent. - Shows a page that explains a block and lets you ask for access to a tool. What it sends to your organization's StackJack account: the AI website you visited and when, the browser and extension version, the email address of the browser profile and which account you are signed in with on that AI website (to tell a work account from a personal one). Only when your organization's policy turns it on, it also sends the text you send to an AI website, so that it can be checked against the policy. It talks only to your organization's own StackJack addresses and loads no remote code. Questions about what is collected go to your IT provider, who controls the policy.
