Not a scam. Solid tool if you know what you're doing. Seems that most reviewers are garbage or don't know what they're talking about. Source is on GitHub and you can take a gander if you like. Would like to see this further developed and made a bit more robust. Makes cookie management in Chromium-based browsers considerably better and I've not found a comparable tool.
