)Overview
Open and edit downloaded CSV files with the built-in edit-csv editor, fully offline.
Edit CSV lets you open and edit CSV and TSV files right in your browser with a built-in, spreadsheet-style editor — no uploads, no sign-in, fully offline. Open a file in any of these ways: • Click the toolbar icon and choose “Open CSV…”, or drag a .csv file onto the page. • Right-click a link to a .csv/.tsv file and choose “Open in CSV editor”. • Open a local file:// CSV in Chrome (enable “Allow access to file URLs” for the extension). In the editor you can: • Edit cells and add, remove, sort and search rows and columns. • Configure the delimiter, quote and escape characters, and header handling. • Save changes back to the original file (via the File System Access API) or download the edited CSV. Everything runs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to any server. The editor is based on the open-source edit-csv project, and the interface follows your browser language automatically.
