Adds an edit button to solutions on RightAnswers sites.
Easier editing of Solutions on the knowledge base by clicking the edit button at the title. No more need to search for solution IDs in the Solution Manager. Changelog: 1.0.2: fixed issue that made the extension not downloadable 1.0.1: improved solution ID detection
