Blurred screen and no access to corrections

I am unable to access the standard Writefull model and do not want to use the GPT model. How should I proceed if the standard Writefull model is not working on Overleaf?

Writefull for overleaf.uj.edu.pl

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am trying to use writefull at overleaf at our University server (uj.edu.pl). Is there a way I can also turn it on at overleaf.uj.edu.pl (icon is dark)? There is not way I can add another server manually it addons/writefull setting (yes, it works correctly at overleaf.com).

Writeful NOT working

I signed up for premium (after noticing that the non-premium version was useless). After signing up even the help available with the non-premium version disappeared. What is going on? Is there an activation step I am missing?

The widget to access all the TexGPT features disappeared after Annual Plan Purchase

I tried the free version and was very impressed. I went on and bought the annual plan. Now the entire widget for accessing the TexGPT features has disappeared. Also, the in-line TexGPT icon (on selecting text) is not working anymore.

REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!

Hi

When I highlight text in overleaf and click on texgpt it disappears completely.
This is weird. My subscription only exiores October this year.
Any suggestions.

Writefull icon does not show

Hi, I tried several times and the wrtiefull extension was successfully installed. However, the icon does not show on my overleaf page. The logo is in active from the chrome though.
