Udyog Outreach is a free, open-source job-application assistant. Instead of endlessly scrolling job boards, it finds LinkedIn hiring posts where a recruiter publicly shared their email inviting applicants, reads the full post, and scores how well each one matches YOUR profile using your own Google Gemini API key — so you only apply to roles that actually fit. How it works: • X-Ray search — targeted Google searches for LinkedIn hiring posts in your roles. • Real matching — reads each post and scores it against your skills, domain, experience, and location, with clear reasons. • Your email, your account — sends a personalized job application straight from your own Gmail (secure OAuth, send-only). • Respectful by design — at most one email per recruiter ever, a daily cap, a match threshold, and a Do-Not-Contact list. Your data stays yours: your profile, API keys, résumé, and history live only in your browser. No LinkedIn login required.
