It's just okay. try using TinaMind , which is a translation extension based on GPT-4 and it's free.

This is a surprise, this extension even though it uses Google Translate, it does a better job in Telegram. This is able to translate the entire site with a single click.

Fantastic but I'm really surprised there is no dark mode. You're looking at a dark webpage, select a piece of text to translate and a blaring flash of white light takes up a quarter of your screen. Especially noticeable when using something like the Stylus extension with a universal dark theme. Please consider adding this feature. My eyes would thank you!
