Overview

Checks which tracking tags fire on a store as you browse it, checkout included, and writes up the fixes.

See what your store's tracking actually sends, page by page, while you browse it yourself. Open your store, click the extension and press "Check this store". Then browse as a shopper would: the homepage, a product, the cart, and on into checkout. The extension watches the requests your store's ad pixels and analytics tags send, and checks them as you go. It finds the setup mistakes that quietly cost ad spend and data: - the same pixel firing twice, or several analytics properties collecting at once - product views and checkout events sent with no value or product ID - pixels that stop at the checkout step, where the money changes hands - a conversion that fires with a price on a page where nothing was bought - leftovers from an old setup that still load - a checkout with no express payment option, and duplicate product structured data Each finding says how sure it is and how to fix it. "Copy fix ticket" puts them all into one plain-text ticket for whoever looks after your tags. Because it runs in your own browser, it sees what an outside scan cannot: your checkout with a real cart in it, and everything that fires as you click. "Run full scan" adds what browsing cannot measure, using the free EcomLoop scanner at scan.ecomloop.com: what the tags cost in page speed, the store on a phone, and its policy pages. Private by design. Nothing is recorded until you press "Check this store" on a site, and Chrome asks you first. What it records stays in your browser and is erased when you stop, close the tab or quit Chrome. Pressing "Run full scan" sends the store's address, and your email only if you choose to give one; nothing recorded in your browser is sent. The extension has no analytics or ads of its own.
