Invalid Manifest

Perkspot points not in account

I received an email to kathryn.davis@graybar.com that I have 1,120 reward points. When I log into my account, it says I have 0. I want to apply my rewards balance to a purchase I am trying to make, through Perkspot, for Nike apparel for my child to start school with. PLEASE HELP!
