Display a shower of confetti when submitting assignments and quiz

Celebrate every assignment/quiz submission with a little confetti shower. For file submission, there is a 4 seconds delay from you clicking "Save changes" to actual submitting the files. If you are in a rush, click the button again to skip the confetti animation. This extension does not collect any data.
