Overview
Turn Gmail into a live dashboard. Auto-extract amounts, due dates & key info from every email
Your inbox already has all the data you need. Echo just makes it readable. Echo turns your Gmail into a live dashboard. Connect your inbox once, create rules to extract what matters (invoices, subscriptions, contract details, deadlines, travel details), and see everything in one clean view. Echo is a product by Beau, a Y Combinator-backed company. Echo solves two problems: Monitoring incoming traffic: automatically extracting key details as new emails arrive. Finding data in old emails: amounts, dates, decisions, deadlines buried in threads. How it works: Connect your Gmail → Create a rule (e.g., "Track unpaid client invoices") → Echo monitors your inbox and keeps updating as new mail comes in. What users are already tracking: Work stuff: Client invoices / payment status Fundraising tracker (all email communication with VC/angels in one dashboard) Team SaaS subscriptions Project deadlines and stakeholder updates Contract renewals (from attached pdfs) Life stuff: Trip details (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.) Job applications (who responded, who ghosted) Sales and discount hunting Startup accelerator application tracker Why not just use Gmail search? Gmail shows you emails, echo shows you what they mean One connection, and your inbox starts working like a database. Check it out: https://beau.to/echo
