White/black list

It would be really nice to have a white/black list so I don't have to keep confirming redirects from urls on a trusted site (piazza is the site that prompted me to ask for this feature, I get prompts whenever I try to download files).

Alternate Behavior

Could you please add the ability to remain on current page (the page the referring link was clicked from) instead of closing the tab?
To complement this, it would be nice if you could optionally still close the tab if the link was opened in a new page, even when the above option is enabled.
I love the idea of this extension but as it is it's too cumbersome to the way I use tabs to be practical for me.
