ShouldApply - Job Fit Scores & Autofill
Overview
See how well you fit each job, then autofill the application with your tailored resume.
ShouldApply scores each job you look at against your resume, so you see the fit before you spend time applying. FEATURES Fit score from 0 to 100 on job posts and employer application pages. Gap analysis that shows which requirements you meet, partly meet, or miss, and what each gap costs. If a gap names a skill you actually have, add it to your profile and rescore. Ghost job signals, like posting age, missing salary, and reposting, so you can skip listings that are unlikely to lead anywhere. Autofill for application forms: contact details, work history, and your tailored resume and cover letter. You review and submit every application yourself. A side panel that keeps your score, gaps, and autofill next to the job you're viewing. HOW TO USE Connect your ShouldApply account in the side panel. Open a job post on LinkedIn or Indeed and press Scan. Open the application and press Autofill. PRIVACY Your resume, profile, and screening answers are sent to ShouldApply's servers only to score jobs and fill out applications you choose to fill out. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties. See the full privacy policy linked on this page. SUPPORT Questions or issues: mail@shouldapply.com
