Capture selected job posts into RecruitDock and submit consultants to vendors.

RecruitDock brings your bench-sales workflow into a side panel next to the job post you're reading. • Add a job in one click: on LinkedIn, Dice and Indeed, click "Add this job". On any other page, click "Select a job post" and then the post, or highlight text and right-click. • Review the job: title, location, contract type, skills and vendor contact are pulled out for you. Fix anything inline. RecruitDock warns you about duplicates and do-not-submit vendors. • Pick the consultant and resume: choose an uploaded resume, see missing skills, or tailor it to the job without leaving the page. • Email the vendor: review the email, attachment and Cc, then send from your connected mailbox. The submission is saved in RecruitDock with a follow-up reminder. Or choose "Apply on the job site" to download the resume and mark it applied. Consultants apply for themselves, with their recruiter in Cc. Privacy: RecruitDock reads only the post you click, the text you select, or the open job. It never scans pages in the background or reads your feed. Contact details are removed before job text is sent to our AI provider. Requires a RecruitDock account.
