useArtemis - Email Finder Extension

I am frustrated by them not having any kind of support whatsoever. They dont reply on support ticket, even social media admin is not approving my queries. Enrichment feature doesnt work at all

Terrible experience. They sold me one thing and didn't deliver.

I would pick Zero if I could. In fact I think that all users who bought the AppSumo deal, should file a class action lawsuit against the company and useArtemis.

To echo what others have said, company took the app sumo money, all the functionalities are gone and the extension is broken.

The tool does not work anymore. They took the money from a lifetime deal, from me it was tier 5 appsumo bought for around 450 USD, then they removed all the functionnalities little by little untill the tool became worthless. Cannot even enrich. They do no answer emails or chat. The least they could have done is to send an apology email. Very low integrity to say the least.

They removed everything from the plan what they promised when we purchased earlier, its a dead product now, zero support No data enrichment what ever feature try to test everything asks to upgrade further with no info on what we get from the previous payment over promised, delivered 0% Edit: If you are thinking how they got these reviews - all the review must be when they launched the product they promised all the above mentioned features but once they got early subscribers money and trac... This tool doesn't work, I've had for a year and the most you get is a list of names, hardly any emails and a email sequence flow builder, that's it. I sincerely don't know how they have this many 5 star reviews.

A promising tool to use in B2B lead gen! They are very generous with their credit limit, and the ability to obtain emails on LinkedIn using their Chrome extension is superb!

I love this tool, UI is fast and Easy to use, and my overall experience so far has been great
