Open a job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed or Glassdoor, open the side panel, and AskTheRecruiter reads the job description for you. On most other job sites and applicant tracking systems (ATS), you can grab the posting with one click after you allow access to that site. What you can do from the side panel: See how well your resume matches the job, with an estimated match score. Get a tailored resume draft written for that posting. Review the suggested changes line by line and keep only the ones you like. Write a cover letter for the same job. Prepare for the interview with likely questions and answers built from the job and your resume. Open your drafts in the AskTheRecruiter web app to edit and download them. How it works: sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Your resume and the job description are sent to AskTheRecruiter to produce your drafts, using AI models.
