Trained on your business, it answers visitors' questions around the clock and captures their phone number or email at exactly the right moment — so you make the sale even when you're away from your desk. The hard truth: fewer than 2% of website visitors fill out the average contact form, and 55% of the ones who open it never finish it. You already paid — in ads, SEO, content, and time — to get people to the page. EasyFunnel's agent talks to the visitors your form would have silently lost, asks for contact details only when they're genuinely interested, and fires the lead straight to your inbox the moment it's captured. EasyFunnel Pulse is the companion Chrome extension. It puts a live window into your EasyFunnel account right in your browser toolbar, so you never have to open the dashboard to know what's happening. WHAT EASYFUNNEL DOES Your AI agent lives in a small chat widget on your site. It's trained on whatever you tell it — your services, your pricing, your FAQs, your tone of voice — and it answers visitors 24/7 in any language (auto-detected from the visitor's first message; tested daily on English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, and French). When a visitor seems ready, the agent asks for their contact details naturally, the way a good salesperson would — not with a jarring pop-up. The moment a lead is captured you get a real-time email with the lead's details and a snippet of the conversation. Telegram delivery is available as an add-on so you can do a one-tap takeover from your phone. The agent only answers from the knowledge you give it. You can also specify topics it must never discuss. When it genuinely doesn't know the answer, it says so and offers to connect the visitor to you — no hallucinated promises. Once your agent is live, Pulse keeps you informed without making you open a browser tab: LEAD ALERTS — Desktop notification the moment a new lead lands on any of your projects. Notifications are privacy-masked by default (no visitor PII in the toast). PULSE AT A GLANCE — Open the popup to see Events today, 7-day event volume, Leads captured in the last 7 days (with a "new since last check" counter), and a 0–100 Health score for your project. Green is 70+, yellow 40–69, red below 40. RECENT LEADS — Skim your latest 5 leads in the popup: the page they landed on, time ago, a preview of their last message, and new/viewed status. Tap any lead to jump straight to it in the dashboard. FULL LEADS TAB — See up to 20 recent leads without leaving the toolbar, then open the dashboard for the full list. INSTALL CHECKER — Click once to inspect the active browser tab and get an instant Live / Partial / Not detected verdict. You'll see the detection method, whether the SDK script tag is present, whether the chat widget is mounted, the SDK version running, and whether the "Powered by" backlink is in place. Useful for verifying your snippet survived a site update. MULTI-PROJECT — If you manage more than one EasyFunnel project, switch between them from the popup header without reconnecting. CONNECTING THE EXTENSION Create a free EasyFunnel account at easyfunnel.co (or log in). In the dashboard, open Connect → Browser extension key. Copy your efx_ key and paste it into the extension settings. That's it. The extension polls your account in the background and lights up your badge when new leads arrive. PRICING Free for your first 10 conversations a month — no credit card needed, no time limit. After that, one plan: $19/mo for 100 conversations. A conversation counts when a visitor genuinely engages (more than one message) or the agent captures a lead — single-message bounces are free. Go past 100 and extra conversations are $0.20 each from prepaid credits that never expire while you're subscribed. Your agent never goes offline, even if you run out of credits. PRIVACY The extension communicates only with easyfunnel.co using your extension key. No browsing history, page content, or personal data is ever read or transmitted.
