Easy Tab Rename lets you give any browser tab a clean, stable name of your choosing, by whole site or by exact page. Your names come back automatically on refresh, navigation, and restart. Why Some sites give tabs noisy or useless titles: unread counters, random IDs, generic app names. Easy Tab Rename pins the name you want and keeps re-applying it even when the site rewrites the title. Features - Rename the current tab from the toolbar popup: one field, choose Whole site or This page only. - Names persist across refreshes and browser restarts (stored with Chrome sync, so they follow you across devices). - Beats title-changing sites: it re-asserts your name whenever the page changes its own title. - Manage everything in the options page: a table of all names with three match types (Whole site, Exact page, URL prefix).
