With using this tool you can easly search your ticket number in OTRS and JIRA V3.3 - now open tickets with CurrentUser. V3.4 - "Tracking" added for the ticket type. V3.5 - "Task Type updated. v3.6 - "orginalEstimate" set to 1 week as default. v3.7 - "openTask" added. v4.0 - "description" are changed to text area. v4.1 - some optimizations.
