how to install the plugin in firefox browser

Easy interface and set up but clicking export does nothing - there is no data downloaded and the extension UI is totally different from what is pictured in the tutorials and screenshots above. It doesn't work.

Thank you for your attention. This is because etsy officials recently changed the field name of an order information. The problem has been fixed.
