Overview

Apply to LinkedIn jobs faster with local answers, resume autofill, and review controls.

STOP RE-TYPING THE SAME JOB APPLICATION ANSWERS. You found the job. You opened LinkedIn Easy Apply. Then the time sink begins: the same experience questions, the same resume upload, the same drop-downs, the same clicks, again and again. Easy Apply Automator turns that grind into a focused, repeatable workflow. Save your answers once, open a LinkedIn jobs page, and move through eligible Easy Apply applications with far less repetitive work. You stay in charge of what gets answered, what gets reviewed, and what gets submitted. IT IS FREE. START FASTER TODAY. Easy Apply Automator is a free Chrome extension for job seekers who want to spend less time fighting application forms and more time finding the right opportunities. There is no paid tier required to use the core workflow. Install it, configure your preferences, and take back your application routine. ONE CLICK TO START THE WORK. Hit Apply All and let the extension scan the current LinkedIn jobs page for eligible Easy Apply listings. It works through the page in sequence, opens each application, fills what it can from your saved profile, and keeps the workflow moving. Already-applied jobs and jobs excluded by your filters are skipped so your queue stays focused. You can also start an individual application directly from a supported job card. The extension follows the selected job through LinkedIn's changing page views, then brings you into the Easy Apply flow. YOUR BEST ANSWERS, READY WHEN THE FORM APPEARS. Stop answering the same questions from memory. Build a reusable answer profile for the details that come up again and again, including experience, work preferences, authorization details, education, and other application facts. Easy Apply Automator matches saved answers to LinkedIn question labels, including close wording variations, and fills supported controls such as text fields, text areas, selects, checkboxes, radio buttons, dates, and other common form controls. The extension can also learn answers you provide manually during an application. Answer a new question once, and save it for the next time that question returns. You decide what belongs in your profile and can edit or clear saved answers whenever you want. BRING YOUR RESUME INTO THE FLOW. Choose a PDF or DOCX resume to create local resume context for optional AI assistance. The extension extracts readable text in your browser so an AI provider can help ground answers in your actual experience when you enable that feature. You can separately configure a local file path for LinkedIn resume uploads when an application asks for your resume. Your resume is not uploaded just because you selected it. Resume context and resume upload behavior are separate settings, so you can choose exactly how each is used. AI HELP WHEN YOU WANT IT. CONTROL WHEN YOU NEED IT. Turn on optional AI answer assistance for required questions that do not have a saved answer. Choose the provider and model you want to use. Give the assistant your background through the built-in chatbot, saved memory, and optional resume context, then let it suggest answers grounded in the information you supplied. You can configure supported providers including: - Cloudflare Workers AI - Groq - Mistral AI - Cerebras Inference Use your own provider credentials and select the model that fits your workflow. Providers without configured credentials stay unavailable until you set them up. AI answer assistance is optional; the extension's local saved-answer workflow does not require AI. FILTER OUT THE NOISE BEFORE IT STEALS YOUR TIME. Make the jobs page work for you. Add exclusions for job-title phrases, company-name phrases, and cities. Hide Hybrid jobs, On-site jobs, or jobs already marked Applied. The extension hides matching cards and keeps them from becoming accidental application starts. Want a second opinion before you open a listing? Optional AI job features can show a Match or Not a match indicator for an open job and classify job titles against your background to hide clear mismatches. You can reveal AI-hidden jobs again whenever you want. An optional degree requirement indicator can also classify the open job description when configured with Cloudflare Workers AI. FIND THE RIGHT JOBS. SKIP THE WRONG ONES. APPLY WITH INTENT. NEVER LOSE THE PLOT MID-APPLICATION. Open the Assistant panel and watch the current application move through its phases: opening, filling, waiting for your answer, ready for review, submitted, or stopped. The panel shows the job context and progress while the work is underway. When LinkedIn asks for something that cannot be answered safely from your saved information, the extension pauses and asks you. Choose an available option, enter your own response, complete a manual field on LinkedIn, or stop the application. You are never forced to invent an answer just to keep the automation moving. Pause the flow. Resume it when you are ready. Stop it immediately when the job is not a fit. If an answer needs your judgment, the automation waits for you instead of silently guessing. REVIEW BEFORE YOU SEND. Keep manual review in the loop, or enable Auto-submit only after you have verified that your profile and answers are correct. The extension can advance through the application and stop at LinkedIn's review stage, giving you a chance to inspect the completed draft. If you choose automatic submission, it submits only after the review boundary in the configured workflow. You can also choose whether to follow the company after applying and whether to leave the completed confirmation open or exit automatically after LinkedIn confirms that the application was sent. KNOW WHAT YOU STARTED. Application History keeps a local record of jobs you started, paused, reviewed, stopped, or submitted. Search by company, position, date, or job ID. Filter by outcome. Export your history to CSV when you want a portable record of your job search. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE BY DEFAULT. Easy Apply Automator is designed with local-first storage: - The extension is free to use. - Your saved answers, settings, filters, application history, chatbot conversations, chatbot memory, API credentials, and resume context are stored locally in Chrome. - The extension does not require an Easy Apply Automator account or a developer-owned server for its core workflow. - The built-in practice tutorial runs locally and does not send application or account data. - Your data is not sent to an AI provider unless you enable an AI setting and configure that provider. IMPORTANT AI PRIVACY DETAIL: when you enable AI answer assistance, AI job matching, AI relevance filtering, or the degree indicator, the relevant information needed for that request may be sent directly to the AI provider and model you selected. Depending on the feature, that can include a LinkedIn application question, job title or description, saved chatbot facts, or extracted resume text. This AI-provider transfer is the exception to local storage and happens only because you enabled the feature. Review the privacy and data-use policies of any provider you configure. Your provider credentials remain stored locally in Chrome. PRACTICE WITHOUT RISKING A REAL APPLICATION. New to the workflow? Open the built-in practice tutorial and walk through a simulated Easy Apply experience. Learn the controls, see how the assistant behaves, and try the flow before using it on a real LinkedIn job page. The practice page is local and does not submit an application. YOUR JOB SEARCH. YOUR RULES. Easy Apply Automator is built for people who want speed without surrendering judgment. Automate repetitive filling. Save the facts you know. Surface the questions that need you. Review what matters. Keep a record of the work. INSTALL FREE. OPEN LINKEDIN. CONFIGURE YOUR ANSWERS. CLICK APPLY ALL. MOVE ON TO THE NEXT OPPORTUNITY. Designed for LinkedIn Easy Apply pages. LinkedIn may change its page structure or application requirements, and some fields or workflows may require manual attention. Always review application answers and disclosures for accuracy before submitting. You are responsible for your applications and for complying with LinkedIn's terms and the terms of any AI provider you choose.
