Earnings Tracker for Prolific shows what you've made on Prolific today, this week, this month, this year and all time, split into money that's approved and money that's still awaiting review. It works inside Prolific itself: • "Today" and "This week" next to your balance in Prolific's header, with a ring that fills up toward your daily goal • While you're doing a study, the header shows the time you've spent and the time left before its time limit • On the Studies page, your own history with each researcher: how many of their studies you've done, your hourly rate with them, and any rejections • A row of earnings for every period under the Summary on your Submissions page • One click opens a full earnings panel on top of the page In the earnings panel: • Goals for the day, week and month, and the pace you're on • Charts by day, week, month or year, a calendar of your year, and the days and hours you earn most • Every researcher you've worked for, with earnings, hourly rate, bonuses, returns and rejections • What's still awaiting review, longest waiting first, and a search across your whole history, including completion codes you can copy in one click • A tax-year report for any start date, month by month, converted at each month's average exchange rate, to download as a CSV or print as a PDF • Optional notifications for approvals, bonuses, rejections, goals reached, a morning recap, and a warning before a study times out • Keyboard shortcuts, including Alt+Shift+E to open your earnings from any tab • Help for every part, from the Help tab or the ? button in the toolbar popup Getting started takes one click. A short tour shows what it does, and nothing is read until you choose Load my earnings. Your whole submission history then loads by itself, with its progress shown right on the page. After that it stays up to date as you use Prolific, and you can check your totals from the toolbar on any tab. How earnings are counted • Approved: rewards of approved submissions, plus bonuses, adjustments and screen-out payments • Pending: rewards of submissions awaiting review, matching Prolific's own Pending balance • Studies paid in pounds and dollars are kept separately and combined in your account currency at Prolific's own exchange rate Make it yours • Pick your currency, the exchange rate, the day your week starts, and whether submissions count from when you started or finished them • Turn off anything you don't want on Prolific's pages, or the toolbar badge Private by design • Your earnings data is stored only in your browser • Only reads your own history. It never reserves, starts or returns studies, never refreshes Prolific's pages, and never acts on your account • No sign-up, no ads, no tracking, no analytics Free to use.
