EarlyStack AI Autofill helps job seekers review and complete job applications using information they have deliberately saved in their EarlyStack profile. MANUAL AUTOFILL Open a supported job application, click the EarlyStack extension, sign in, and scan the page. The extension identifies application fields and proposes values using your saved profile and approved answers. You review the proposed values and choose exactly which fields to fill. You remain responsible for reviewing the completed application before manually submitting it. OPTIONAL AUTO-APPLY EarlyStack may also provide an optional, controlled auto-apply workflow for eligible users and supported application systems. Before an automated submission can proceed, EarlyStack evaluates the job against the user’s saved preferences, prepares an application draft, and requires the configured user approval. Automatic submission is disabled unless the required eligibility, authorization, and safety checks pass. EarlyStack stops and requests manual intervention when it encounters CAPTCHA, multi-factor authentication, unsupported questions, changed forms, missing information, or an unsupported application system. Automatic submission availability may be limited to pilot users and supported websites. HOW MANUAL AUTOFILL WORKS 1. Create an EarlyStack account. 2. Complete your Autofill Profile. 3. Open a supported job application. 4. Click the EarlyStack extension icon. 5. Sign in and scan the application. 6. Review the proposed values. 7. Select the fields you want filled. 8. Review the completed application and submit it manually. HOW OPTIONAL AUTO-APPLY WORKS 1. Configure your job preferences and approved answers. 2. EarlyStack evaluates supported jobs for eligibility. 3. Review and approve the prepared application when required. 4. EarlyStack completes the supported application. 5. The workflow stops if manual intervention is required. 6. Review application status and recorded results in EarlyStack. PAGE ACCESS EarlyStack accesses an application page when you activate the extension or authorize an approved workflow. It does not continuously read unrelated websites in the background.
